Nice to meet you!

I’m Jackie, a People & Culture leader, speaker, and founder of The Infinite Wave.

As a native New Yorker, I’ve spent my career building people infrastructure inside fast-moving organizations, helping leaders navigate growth, change, and high-pressure environments without burning out.

Over time, I noticed a familiar pattern: ambitious, thoughtful people doing meaningful work while quietly running themselves into the ground.

Wellness was treated as an afterthought instead of a strategy. The Infinite Wave was created as a response, a more intentional way of working and leading, grounded in clarity, structure, and small shifts that actually stick.

I operate at the intersection of wellness, leadership, and reinvention, believing that sustainable success comes from proactive systems rather than reactive firefighting.

My work focuses on designing systems that support sustainable performance without hustle, constant urgency, or over-functioning.

Why The Infinite Wave

The Infinite Wave is inspired by the natural rhythm of growth—the understanding that life and work move in cycles, not straight lines.

Instead of pushing through every season with the same intensity, this work invites a more sustainable approach: knowing when to build momentum, when to pause, and how to move forward with intention. The wave isn’t about doing more—it’s about learning how to move with clarity, trust, and consistency over time.

Small shifts. Long-term impact.
