Building Culture in a remote environment
In this conversation, I shared what it’s been like building people infrastructure from the ground up as their first in-house People leader. We talked about scaling culture across a remote-first team while supporting highly technical R&D scientists in a lab-based environment, and how I approach creating systems that protect psychological safety in high-stakes, fast-moving organizations.
